Im planning to build a gaming pc and i was wondering how this would do. (im going to OC the CPU to about 4,5ghz)

CPU : i7-4770K 3.5GHz.
Cpu Cooler : Corsair H105.
Motherboard : ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX.
GPU : Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB WINDFORCE.
Ram : Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600.
SSD : Samsung 840 EVO 120GB.
HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 7200Rpm.
Power supply : Corsair Builder 750W.
Case : Thermaltake Core V71.

I would like know if there is some parts i should change for more performance but for around the same price. thanks.

Solution
for pure gaming performance your spending more in certain areas that is just unnecessary.... the 4770k wont net you any more fps, maybe 1-3fps in a certain game, dropping down to a 4670k saves you about $100 and gets you a higher tier gpu that will add 12-20fps. also that core v71 case is ridiculous..... you dont need a case that big. find one in the $40-70 range that you like that is a mid tower, not a full tower. that corsair builder 750w its not great quality, xfx is much better build quality. threw in a crucial 240gb ssd, comparable to the evo, just bigger. then got you an r9-290 which is way faster than a 770. if you want to get to 4.5ghz, just get a phanteks ph-tc14be, it should do it easily.
