aim using deepcool gammax 200 and my gfx card dont have any cooling fan and does this temp are ok?

the cpu is ok if this is whilst gaming. a tad high for when the pc is Idle, re-apply thermal paste if temp begin to rise

its newly assemled pc its taken during instaling maxpayne and the system was running 5 hours

What are all the system specs? If you were playing a game for 5 hours I would say you are fine.

what's the temp when you have just put on the temp (15mins don't do anything intensive) check temps and if they are low you're fine, if they are +40 then that's ok but a little high anything over 50 their is something wrong.
