New motherboard, Computer wont boot properly. Keeps running windows system repair. Have I damaged my hard drive?

The hard drive already has windows 7 and everything I've done on my computer for the last two years. I presumed it would just start working again if i had everything plugged in right.( Which I do... I think). Does it having something to do with 'jumpers' do I need to do something in the BIOS? Help Please!

If your OS is OEM, and when you change to a new motherboard, the OS must be reinstalled again.

Depending on the board you will probably need new drivers too. Find a way to backup your hard drive and then do a clean install of windows 7
