Will a Corsair CX430 safely power this?

So I'm entirely new to building, and would like to know if a CX430 will safely power this budget starter gaming build with some room to upgrade (I don't plan on getting double cards on SLI or Crossfire or any monstrous cards).

Corsair CX430 V2 430w
+3.3V@20A, +5V@20A, +12V@32A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@3.0A.

M5A78L-M LX+ motherboard.
AMD FX-4100 I have.
A Radeon HD 5670 lying around, may replace with something better soon.
A single SATA Hitachi SATA drive, may add another in future.
A 4GB stick of DDR3.

I'm mostly worried about the load on the 12V rail. Will the CPU, GPU and HDD push it? I'm told 12v * 32a = 384w on the 12 volt rail, and I see charts saying the FX-4100 is rated for 95w at stock, and the HD 5670 at 243w under FurMark (but I'm told it can't draw more than 75w because it just uses the PCI-E slot? Can anyone explain?). That leaves 46w of headroom? I don't have anyone to ask so I want to make sure if that's how you do it right.

So is this pushing the PSU too hard? Should I just get something larger, like an XFX ProSeries 550 that has a stronger 12v than the Corsair CX500? I'd rather not have to spend much more.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Oh dear, I just found the stickies. I'll try a Rosewill Capstone 450w if the numbers work out.

Ah. Thank you very much, I'd read through some reviews and charts on the Sapphire HD 5670 and knew something was off. Turns out it did 63.5w under FurMark conditions and 56.1w in 3DMark according to this: http://www.behardware.com/art/imprimer/781/

So basically I'm way in the clear even with the Corsair 430-watter with 225 watts in the clear during FurMark on the 12v? That's a relief, though I might get myself the Rosewill 450w in the long run even if it's even farther above what I need. Unless that's excessive. Is it?

I apologize for not noticing those stickies sooner. It's late.
