If you don't like reading or cannot help me please do NO respond serious people please. This my money I will be spending and I'd like some real good advice or help.

Let me start by saying i am NOT interested in building a pc at all so please don't even mention it. I don't have the patience nor the time as RL things I have to deal with which are more important to me than building one. Also where I live there's only repair shops and most overchargs you for a simple thing. I also do not know anyone who is a computer genesis.I myself do not like dealing with putting things together let alone a computer when I can buy one already made so as I said building one is NOT a option I have RL things and that comes first. Please read this before responding. I know it's cheaper and all but it's a machine if they're already built to me its stupid to build one you'll spend about the same with one built already. Anyways i am here because the advice i am getting so far (IMO) is baisis. Or when I ask nobody gives me suggestions. I have a budget about $1,200 a little over that as i'll link you to the computers I am interested in.

I am a Sims fanatic When the sims 3 came out my pc was very uncompadible with it and i wasted money even buying the game. Back then i didn't know about specs as I lost interest once i found out i couldnt play. Now that I am a adult now and can buy a very decent gaming computer. These last few weeks searching for one I am learning more about things that I never knew existed (over clocking,ssd...graphic cards?!) But the more I look the more fustrated I get when playing this game shouldn't require alot.... but it specifies in certain things which a regular pc doesn't. I'll link its requirements below.

http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_System_Requirements

I intend on playing the sims 3 all its expansion and stuff packs and loads of custom content. I want a pc that exeeds these requirements because i want to be able to play and also other games maybe. Anyways I found two one thats in my budget and one that isn't. I still have to buy the desk moniter etc.

I can stretch it though.I really want the one out my budget because it's a beast i mean I may not use all the memory but I want to be able to play other games too.I was first interested in having CyberPc and Ibuy build me one but with the bad reviews between delays or back orders and never receiving the PC I don't want to go that route. I shop online myself and I just don't trust giving my money away to someone to build or make something less it's like a hair bow or something nothing over $20. Here are my choices the first one is out my budget but I can wait longer and save. The second is in my budget.

Choice One:

Choice Two:

Notice they both have the same exact specs expect the one out my budget has a SSD ( as I am hearing this is faster than a hard drive) and a hard drive. It also comes with Windows 8.1 I won't have to upgrade (which I don't want to do). The second is a hard drive and comes with Windows 7.Which is a con to me. The big things I was interested in was the fact they both have Nvidia 770 which ranks higher than the 760 I was interested in when first buying a Pc. The 770 is better i think.

I asked the same question on a forum and the guy was telling me this about cyberpower and ibuy:

"You should avoid CyberPower and IBuyPower because they tend to have really shitty customer service and have been known to use refurbished parts in their computers, which makes the computer so much worse...." And "...The computer you chose is $1400+ but doesn't even have an SSD. It has also has a K CPU that you're paying an arm and a leg for but that you won't even be overclocking. They don't even mention what motherboard to see if the motherboard even supports overclocking...."(technicial stuff i dont understand)...He's suppose to be computer savvy and that I should ...

"Look for a 4th gen non-K i5 paired with an H87 motherboard, close to 8GB of RAM at speed 1600Mhz, an SSD of atleast 120GB, a western digital HDD and a GTX 760, a decent case with both intake and exhaust fans. You really don't need an i7 or a GTX 770 for the sims 3/4. You will not notice a difference, even on highest settings...."...But like I said IBuyPower is a terrible company and i wouldn't be surprised if you have problems with it. Should you buy any of them? No.You asked in your original post which one i prefer and why. The answer is none. Both are terrible and i already wrote why in my previous post...."

My thing is if they're terrible why are they getting five star reviews. Why when I search these two companys come up?. They cannot be that aweful if they were they wouldn't be everywhere. There's really no good brand out there to buy a decent pc, Ppl say acer is bad...asus etc like all I want is to be able to play the game and have the computer for a good long time with the same specs as above with little work needing to be done (like adding more ram minor).

Like i said these shops over price everything. I know what I want is powerful but I dont want a shitty computer when I have the money to buy a nice one. So if you can link me to some computers that is in my budget ($1,200-1,500 at the most)or own one you linked me to that would be helpful. It must have atleast 1-2TB,16gbs of ram,i7 processor (a must) and have Nvidia 770 or higher (AMD cards are horrible with this game and Nvidia is a better brand). Please be mindful of what I am looking for as I have the money to do so and refuse to buy just whatever. I want a pc where I get it and it works just as good as the first time I got on like 3+ later. Also I am looking for a moniter thats adjustable 27" and has built in speakers(a must) I guess it can have HD right? LOL. So if you know any good moniter brands that would help me alot ($300 at the most).

Solution
He is perfectly correct in MOST of his statements.

however its not always that simple for non-tech users.
Then again you can customize a build and pay someone like 50$ to build it professionally.
