close call, both cards are quite close in performance but the Nvidia card has a prime advantage, the power consumption is so little is unbelievable. This can run off a low wattage PSU and offers great performance, a very efficient card. If the GTX 750 is much more expensive, get the HD 7770.

25% is a bit too high, in games nowdays, AMD is benefiting from from their engines being Incorporated into modern games.

nope, even though watts isn't everything, you have so much headroom you'll easily have enough power for both cards.
