A good cooling fan

Guys I want a good cooling fan that doesn't make noise and keeps my rig from over heating so I think cooler master is the best but I don't know which model so what do you think ?

Go for Cooler Master L1 ... I bought it in Rs.890 and it is good enought to beat Cooling Pads upto 1800 ...:) if ur budget is even higher, u can go for some cooling pad with Detachable fans....
Remember while choosing a Cooling Pad, make sure that your laptop heats from the are where the fan of Cooling Pad is located !!
All the choice is urs...Go for Coolermaster only !!! :)

I forgot to write that it is for my pc not laptop sorry :D so about that , what do u think ?
