I have a custom pc build and the computer case is kind os small but it works for me. My problem is when I play PlanetSide 2 and other good graphical games my GPU gets to the 82ºC and I don't know if these temperature are bad for my GPU.

Solution
Your card just blows air around inside your case, take the 120mm fan on the back of the case and have it exhaust air out of the case. You want to get that hot air out of the case not try and push cool air into the case hoping it will force the hot air out. By exhausting the hot air cool air outside of the case will find its way inside by cracks or any mesh on the case.

As for your card 80*c is within specs, if you can try and take the card out and blow any dust out of the fans or fins on the cooler. I think most of your problem will go away once you switch your fan around and lower your case temps.

:update:
according to Nvidia the 670 will do 97*c before it will start to throttle the cards speeds to help with cooling...

Yes if it is get up to 82C than you have a problem, does your case have enough airflow is it big enough to fix everything in it nice and neat if you have that than i suggest to buy some more 120mm fans.

My case can only have one 120mm fan in the back and it is in flow, but all the components have enough space for them, soo the solution is to buy a bigger case and more fans?

No space on the front for an intake fan?

Anyway, 82'c under load for your GPU isnt a problem, that temp is fine, but you can get better performance with lower temps because of GPU boost.

Yes that would be the best solution bigger the better about 2-3 more fans should keep it cold running though games you want to get it around 50-60 but if you get it down to 70 it won't burn out as fast as it would now.

82'c under load wont cause it to "burn out". That temp is within specs.

Well not from what i have read and seen with my graphic the lower the temp the longer they're going to run 82'c is to hot to be running at for 1-6 hours of gaming a day. Case looks good man should fit everything nice if your case is smaller than what you showed me in that link you should probably upgrade.

according to Nvidia the 670 will do 97*c before it will start to throttle the cards speeds to help with cooling, although 15*c does not sound like a lot your 82*c is well within specs. Nvidia cards will handle up to 105*c before they start to hurt themselves.

Also look into msi afterburn and make sure your fan speeds are set right. At 80*c your fan speeds may only be running at 80-75% since it has not hit the high limit for temps. With msi afturburn your can change the fan speed profile to help with cooling by setting the fan speed to 100% at 80*c if you like.
