Help for USB Devices after installing Graphics Driver,

Guys, After i installed my graphics driver, whenever i open "VLC Media Player" or Mozilla Firefox, and go to the right click menu, my USB Devices like mouse and keyboard starts connecting and disconnecting frequently, When i disable my graphics driver then the problem doesn't persist anymore.

what to do? I also updated to the latest driver rather than installing the driver came with my Graphics Card Package.

My GPU Details ;

ATI Radeon HD 6770
Graphics driver : Latest available for 6xxx devices.

Im not sure. I thought maybe your motherboard may be disabling USB due to lack of power but 550w is plenty. Therefore what i would recommend doing is downloading the drivers for your graphics card. Uninstall your current driver and then reinstall. Also go to the intel website and install the chipset drivers which may also help. Choose your correct O/S and download the latest Intel® ME: Management Engine Driver for Intel 5 Series Chipset-Based Desktop Boards

My PC Config is:

Intel DH55TC Mother Board
Graphics card : ATI Radeon HD 6770
PSU : Corsair VS 550W(In card its recommended 450w for the card)
Intel i3 processor.
APC UPS

Again click download driver and select the correct parameters for your system.
