I want to use multiple monitors for games like counter strike and battlefield 4 for a surround experience. How would I configure this?

Solution
You plug them in.

Pretty much any video card these days supports multiple monitors. When you plug them in you use windows to sell them how they are physically related to each other (IE, which is on the left and right). Away you go, there isn't really anything complicated about it. Keep in mind that more monitors is way more work your video cards need to push, so your performance will drop quite drastically the more pixels you need them to draw.
