hello guys
this is my first pc build( http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/3ABdS )

I'm looking to get a 750w but i have seen alot of forum saying that's overkill
the difference between 650w and 750w is only AUD $20.

More about : psu needed build plz

The PSU that you selected is a great unit, but there are good PSU out there for less, if you want to trim the budget a little. The unit that swipert suggested would work out fine too. Or you could even look into some of the good PSUs by XFX, but I would get a 750W supply because of the price points.
One other area that could use some mention; If your going for mostly gaming, 8MB of ram would get you by. If you wanted to save a little more money. And lastly, I noticed that you went with the 4670k processor and the MSI gaming board, I have both of these in my main build, and my processor overclocks well. So, you might want to think about an aftermarket CPU cooler to enable you to overclock your processor if you decide to. The MSI board makes it very easy and reliable.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

You are both completely missing that he is in Australia. The EVGA Supernova 750G and B are both great power supplies. Sarvpriya, you could save $30 and get the 80+ Bronze version (EVGA Supernova 750B) for the same performance. If your room gets hot during gaming times, the one you selected may be better though, as it will stay cooler longer.
