Hey guys,

So I'm new to the PC scene, and I would like to build my very first computer. Currently i'm enjoying my games on my Xbox 360, but i've seen the graphics of PC's; and so now i'm seriously tempted on building it. If anybody can give me a list of parts that will meet the requirements in the title, i'll be appreciate it immensely! Thanks!

I would recommend overclocking the CPU and GPU, both are designed to do so. Assassin's Creed IV is not the best optimized game, but this should get 30+ FPS at 1080P.
