Are you sure 550 will be enough? Even with over clocking?

A 550w psu is plenty for your system. Your entire build shouldn't pull more than 400w in total including all other components you could get.

Solution
since you are getting an unlocked Haswell (K) cpu you must pair it with Z87 chipset mobo in order to obtain the o/c ability!stock cooler is meant for overclocking. you must have an aftermarket on or stick with non K and H87 chipset mobo
this is a true value for money with very good performance, you have chosen!
