Is this build good enough?

Solution
Excellent gaming build, but the watercooler isn't necessary. The stock cooler from Intel is more that enough for a non-overclockable CPU, and if you want lower temps, or a quieter machine, look at a cheaper aftermarket heatsink, and then slap a static pressure fan on it.

Looks good, I just made a slight change to the CPU:

Since you aren't overclocking, you can go with a Xeon instead, it has the same performance as the i7 but costs a good bit less. The only difference is it doesn't have integrated graphics, which won't matter since you have a GPU.

And unless you need certain features in Windows Pro, I would just get the regular version.

Well, it depends on the games she wants to play but...it looks like it can play all games at ultra to me...

*im not the pro at this so don't take my word for it*. If you want to overclock, keep the cooler, if you don't want to, take out the cooler. I don't really see the point in overclocking.
