750 is a lot better http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_OC/25.html and does not need power connector
The 650 will need one http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm It can run play the newest games on lower resolutions or reduced in game settings.
