Hi, thanks in advance for your help.

So yesterday I decided to clean my PC like I do every other month: Unplug, clean, replug. And I'm pretty sure they are on the right place.
Then I turned the computer on and the fans start running as well as the HDD but there's no display on the monitor, the blue ON light of the computer isn't working neither the lights from the keyboard or mouse (which could indicate they aren't being powered). However when I plug in some tiny usb-powered speakers, the blue light that indicates they are on shows up and when I plug my cellphone to the speakers they work.

I unplugged and replugged every connector already, checking for failures but everything seems to be okay. Also looked at the capacitors and I'm pretty sure they're fine.

Solution
Unplug your power and go back in and check EVerything again. Still sound like something isn't seated all the way. Good chance it is one of your RAM sticks or your video card. Might want to actually remove the card and reinstall it, and do the same with each stick of RAM; While the RAM is out, used some canned air on the DIMM slots just incase something got in there during the earlier cleaning.. AGAIN, as I'm sure you are well aware of, make certain there is NO electrical power to the computer when working with this stuff, 'specially the RAM.
Check the CPU cooler/heatsink/fan: you might have inadvertently bumped it loose.
