Screen resolution changed from last time logged on

So i was playing some games last night then i turned off my computer. The next morning the resolution on the monitor has changed and it looks all weird.. I can deal with the change but the games i play now are all smaller and squished... Please help.

Well i didn't change it, But i don't know my screens original resolution... i've changed the resolution to somthing i like but its still not an original resolution.

Your resolution settings should show a native res for your monitor (recommended one)... set it to that.

Im kind of a noob when it comes to resolution changing, can you explain how?

This happen to me all the time, but normally it is because I unplugged my HDMI cable.

Right click background > customize desktop> adjust screen size

Right click back ground> adjust screen Rez

Control panel > adjust screen size

Are you using a Mont. or TV?

im using win 7 but when i click change resolution it gives me a bunch of options, No default option..
