budget was 750 as stated will be playing most new games on it would like to stick with intel and nvidia i will get more storage if or when i need it what do you guys think?

Do you already have a case? Since you aren't overclocking, you don't need an aftermarket cooler unless you just want things to be quieter. Other than that it looks fine, I would drop the cooler and bump up to the i5-4570.

The ram is fine. The stock cooler can keep the cpu well cooled.
 


This... If the builder insists on the cooler you might as well add it to your budget.
