I've checked in my ssd and it adds up to max 30GB. I have a 120gb sad and it says only 60gb left... Doesn't make sense does it? I also noticed a few seconds difference in boot up for a while.

And what is a good 144hz gaming monitor?

Solution
The system reserved partition for Windows 7 is usually about 100MB. If over-provisioning is enabled that will account for some of the "lost" space. For example I have a 256GB SSD and 23.81GB is set aside for over-provisioning (10% of the actual space). The actual size of 120GB drive as reported by Windows is closer to 111GB. For example drive manufacturers will list a drive as being 120GB (120 billion bytes as expressed in SI, whereas when expressed in binary (which is what the computer uses) the actual size is closer to 111GB).
