Good setup for airflow?

I am wondering if the fan setup that I will have in my new PC will be enough airflow through the case to keep temperatures down. I am planning to have a front 140 mm fan as intake and a 120 mm fan at the back as exhaust. Also I want to mount a 240 mm radiator at the top of my case in the place of two 200 mm fans. The radiator would also act as an exhaust. So will this be an ok setup? I would really appreciate any help. Also my case that I will be building in is the NZXT phantom.

Yes, they will pull out a lot of heat and air :)

So would the radiator fans pull a lot of air out? That is if I use static pressure fans.
