Should I upgrade my R9 270X to a 770 or an R9 280X?

At the moment I have an MSI R9 270X and I want to upgrade. With all the games coming out over this year should I upgrade to an R9 280X or an Nvidia 770. Please bear in mind that I play at 3840x1080 resolution and do also render videos from time to time. Thx

the r9 280x has 3Gb of vram so for that resolution i would go with that
if you can try pushing for a r9 290 that yould be ideal for that resolution

The Sapphire R9 280X Dual-X OC http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FLMKNE0 is a better option than the GTX 770 and especially at it's current price point.

the resolution you play at will better be supported by the AMD cards, and now that the prices have dropped for the 290 and 290x, i would highly recommend getting one of those as they have 4 gb of vram and rank among the fastest cards on the market. but if you dont have the budjet and you really need to upgrade then go for the 280x. although in all honesty to really see a big difference youll need to jump up to a 290 or 290x.
