Reoccurring problem everyday at the same exact time.

Everyday at 12:02pm, my internet browser closes. When I reload it, it can no longer display websites. When I try to ping websites in cmd they ping fine. The ONLY fix I have found is a system restore.

Is there a way to find out what is happening at this time everyday?

Has anyone heard of this problem and dealt with it?

Sounds like you have an infection that has a rootkit.

When it happens you can try dissabling your security software.
If it is not your security software then it would seem to have to be an infection that uchanges whatever setting got reverted back with system restore.

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling your browser
