Specifically to play Wildstar & World of Warcraft in max settings. I'm not too educated on what is good or not. I've heard people tell me to build. If possible I would like to avoid that. I have a budget of 1000-1500$. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, I am really interested in helping you and just a word of caution. You work hard for what you have, don't go blowing $1500 on someone else's "Dream PC", because they said you need it. Go and look at the "System requirements" for each game. Last time I checked they are about the same, Wildstar has been optimized so people with lower specs are getting better FPS than before with max settings at 1400p and 1080p. Are you interested in learning how to install drivers, figuring out why components are not working together or even breaking something, because that is all possible when you build your own. I just want you to know what you are getting into when you DIY. I recommend everyone to build, but not everyone has the time or even want to learn EVERYTHING it takes to keep the system going or getting it to run. remember when you DIY, you must be willing to learn the proper steps.
