hello, im not that computer literate so forgive me first of all.
I have very fast internet, but my internet has been slow as heck for months.
download speed = 17 Mbps
wireless connection , no electrical interference
symptoms: videos stuttering all the time, no more than one video can play at a time, if youre watching a video and try to open another tab everything stops or freezes. even watching a video with one tab open, it stutters and freezes up.
i switched from windows 7 to 8 and still i have the same problem.
i se my pc for videos pretty much, sooo im stuck

That might be PC problems rather than internet speed. My internet speed is currently 1.27 Mbps, and i can view a video in 360p or 480p no problems, wired connection, and mobile devices is 360p wireless (as long as nobody else is on the internet). Go to speedtest.net and take a speedtest, if you aren't getting the speeds that your internet service provider is promising you, ring them.

NB. 360p and 480p relates to the quality of the video, basically theyre not even HD, 360p is just enough to give a fairly clear picture on my phone, and likewise 480p for my PC
