ok, my situation is little different... I have WD 1T it was working just fine until today... there was a rain and leak in my office and the water leak in my desk and went thru my HD. I didnt realize until HD stop working then I saw that the USB (2.0) port that connect to Laptop was fried along with 3.0 USB that was connected to HD. I changed the circuit board and now laptop doesnt recognize my HD anymore. But when I plug in it start spinning but its little sound like (krkkrk... krkrkrk... krkrrrk) for few sec and it goes away but still ot able to open the HD. An idea....

It might also be possible that the replacement PCB that you use is not the perfect match of what the hard drive needs to be fully operational. Since newer drives have some unique micro codes which is stored on the original PCB where it is attached to.

Unfortunately the architecture of the newer drives doesn't allow you to just swap a PCB from a matching drive that simple. You also need to check whether the firmware of the matching drive also matches the firmware of the drive that you want to recover.
