Ok so I have installed my motherboard which is an ASUS Formula VI. I plan on using a wireless network for gaming, what should I do in order to get the best connection possible?

Also, it came with an mPCIe 2 Combo. This is where I get confused. Do I need to install this to the mother board to get a wireless connection? If I could get a wireless connection with or without it, which way is more ideal? Do I need to buy another component to get a wireless connection using the mPCIe 2?

You need the mPCIe combo II installed to get Wifi working. I strongly suggest using cable if possible but if not then have the PC as close to the router as possible.
