Overclocking Intel I7 4770K with cooler master hyper 212 EVO

Hello, I am willing to overclock my custom built computer's processor (and RAM) and I'm not sure what is too much and what is not enough (I'm new to overclocking). I already overclocked my GPU (GIGABYTE Geforce Gtx 760 OC edition), and I think i will get even faster speeds.

Here are the parts of this build:
Intel Core i7-4770K (cooled by Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO)
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 760 (windforce edition)
GIGABYTE GA-Z87-D3HP (Motherboard)
Windows 7 Home Premium (operating system)
Rosewill Xtreme Series RX750 (PSU)
ADATA XPG V2 16GB (My RAM)
I think that is all I need to put

My GPU speeds right now are:
Base/Boost: 1175/1240 MHz
Memory Clock: 7008 MHz
Fan: 40%
Core Voltage: 0.900 V

I am looking for suggestions for how far my clock speed should go (I want over 4.0 Ghz on CPU frequency and over 1800 MHz for my memory of possible)

P.S. I am new to overclocking

  1. I already know how to overclock, but I am looking for people's suggestions to how far I should go.
  2. until just before it dies!
  3. Can you please give me more information?
  4. You should stop overclocking when your system starts crashing.
  5. So I would start at something like 4.2 GHZ and 1800 MHz RAM and keep on going up from there until it starts crashing, is that what you are trying to say?
