Hey,
i did a prime 95 stress test and my cpu went to 76C
when i am playing black ops 2 it stays in the freaking 70s!
Amd athlon x4 750K stock cooler.
not overclocked.
nothing changed.
i have reapplied the cooler making sure it makes a good fit.
it does have a bit of thermal paste on it (The Cooler itself)
Will a non stock cooler help this?

i stutter in games sometimes the longer i play the worse it gets TEMPS ONLY GO UP
