Here are my specs:

Windows 8
Radeon 6870
i5 2500k @3.3Ghz
8GB RAM
750W PSU

I will be getting Watch Dogs, and I know it will not run on good settings (maybe I can run it on low or medium) with my 6870, but I am planning on upgrading that in a few months (maximum of 4 months)

However, I was wondering if I needed to upgrade my processor to something better, or if it is fine. Resolution is 1920x1080 btw.

Solution
You dont need to upgrade the CPU is still a great processor for gaming and other tasks, trust me I have 1 in my machine with 8GB ram and a GTX 680. It blows away anything I can throw at it. If you have not done already invest some money in a good quality CPU cooler and overclock it. I run mine everyday at 4.5GHz, my CPU will overclock stable at 4.8GHz but that is the limit of my CPU (overclocks vary from CPU to CPU and motherboard used). As a note in most gaming situations in mainly down to System RAM and GPU. 8GB is the sweet spot for now and the better the GPU the better that games will run.
