please help!!!. i had a power outage and now my pc doesnt turn on. when i press the power button the computer turns on. goes through the bios screen and then it goes to the windows boot loading screen for about 3 seconds and then i get a bluescreen flicker and the pc restarts!!. i tried putting only one stick of ram in and i also checked if it was the hd. i just plugged it into a different pc and it booted fine. how can i check to see if its a mobo or power suppty. any help welcome!!!
