Hi guys, not sure if this is in the correct place, sorry if it isn't....
Firstly, apologies for my lack of knowledge on this subject, I study IT & Business (my area of expertise is Business) but one of my units is Computer Networks.
Basically I'm doing an assignment at college which is looking at Internet Service Providers, I'm wondering is there a way to calculate the amount of data that an individual needs through some form of formula? i.e. the customer can use a formula to calculate what they require so that they don't buy a package that offers 5 times more than what they actually need.
I've looked at a number of different calculators that can be found online but they have tended to be quite inconsistent and my search for a formula has been quite unsuccessful, any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
