i3-4130 vs fx 4300

i know the 4130 has hyper threading but the fx 4300 has 4 cores im wondering whats the better deal overall if i were to buy either or. which is better for gaming streaming and 3d modeling does the fx 4300 have the edge on overclocking

Other than that it looks fine, I would probably go for a bit more cpu power and sacrifice some gpu power but it is up to you. You could swap the 7950 for a fx 6300 & AM3+ mobo with a r9 270
