everything looks great except you dont really need that thermaltake water cooler, you can get better performance from an air cooler like a phanteks or a noctua without having to deal with water and its maintenance and possible user error. other than that its a solid build... where are you getting these parts, microcenter? you have manually entered part prices.

the LE version you picked out doesnt have heatsinks on the vrms, if your going to overclock you dont want the LE version, thats why its so cheap since amd and many others do not recommend anything higher then a very light overclock on that board.
