Yeah contact your provider. Its a problem on there end. Either their signals need recalibrating or there is a problem with your line running from their hub to your home(as this is usually copper) rather than fibre =/ .. I dont know how it works in US but in the UK ISPs do a roughly 8/1 of your download is your upload. e.g. is you get an 80Mb connection your upload speed will be 10mb. This is the poor backwards way our infrastructure is setup though.

Hard Wiring doesn't fix the problem. Got a tech coming tomorrow morning, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up.

No. What he's saying is that they offer wireless internet and phone line internet plans. The wireless one has had problems but the wired/phone line one hasn't.

Usually what you are seeing is caused by a faulty router or bad setup of said router, its possible Comcast is having issues, but its not plausible unless your neighbors are having the same problems. You may have an issue in your House wiring, but that is not Comcast's property, its yours.

can you post the modem stats, should be at 192.168.100.1 unless you have a dory [all in one internet, phone, & wireless], then its too hard to explain.
