I have chosen to transfer my build into a new case. I currently have a mid tower (NZXT M59) and I am switching to a full tower (NZXT Phantom ATX). My current power supply is a Cooler Master 750W Bronze. I would like to know if I need cable extensions, and if I do need them, which do I need?

Current Build:
CPU: AMD Phenum II x6 Black Edition
GPU: EVGA GTX 660 Superclocked
Motherboard: Biostar +TA870U3
PSU: Cooler Master GX 750W Bronze
RAM: 8GB
Current Case: NZXT M59

Thank you for all responses and advice.

If cable extenders are needed, and usually are for full tower cases, the one you need is the 8 pin CPU supplemental power cord. These are usually only needed if you route the power cable behind teh motherboard and back out at the top. Doing this keep the wire out of the way from restricting air flow.

I agree with Blackbird's recommendation of replacing that PSU soon. This is the cable you will need.

Not normally as most PSU's Sata and Molex connectors are plenty long enough to reach the front top of the case for CD/DVD drives and Hard drives. The only one I have found that normally needs an extension is the 8 pin CPU supplemental power line. The reason for this is the line goes in to the back of the case, up to the top, then back down and then needs enough extra length to do a 90° turn to plug in. the other lines can just go in to the back of the case then angle up to where they need to go and don't need the extra because they don't need to go back down again.

I'm not building a new computer, just changing cases. Everything works as of now, will I need a molex to sata adapter?
