Getting On-Case USB 3.0 Working

I found out that the motherboard I have does not contain any on-board USB 3.0 slots for the one located on the case I'm ordering. The motherboard only has 2 USB 3.0 ports on the rear panel.

Is there any cable or such that would make the case USB 3.0 functional?

Yep it has 2. Mhhhh So that card would give me an additional 2 USB 3.0 ports on top of allowing me to use my on-case USB 3.0?

While we're on the topic: Would it be possible to convert the on-case USB 3.0 ports into USB 2.0 ports that I could connect to the motherboard?
