Intel Haswell LGA1150 Alternative for AMD?

Hello community,
I am currently looking for an AMD alternative to the Intel Pentium Dual core Haswell LGA1150 CPU.

I am wanting to (re) build my old Dell Dimension 3000 for Windows 7 64bit environment since Windows XP no longer works. I am looking to replace the Dell motherboard with an AMD CPU compatible Micro ATX mobo. I also want to install a new 400 watt psu with a 1x 4GB RAM stick all using the same old Dell Dimension 3000 case.

My budget just for the mobo, cpu, ram, and psu is $180-$190.
Any help or suggestions will be valuable for me, thanks!

This one looks really great for the price and quality as well. Will this build work for lightweight 3d modeling and video encoding? I will match this up with a Nvidia Geforce GT 610 old pci graphics card for blender CUDA rendering only. (and low settings casual gaming on 1024x768 monitor). I also want to know how did you thought up this build. Thanks for the response I am still looking as well and still can't find a AMD CPU alternative for intel haswell pentium dual core LGA1150 that also has 3mb L3 cache. it is even possible for an AMD CPU to have 3mb L3 cache and be a little cheaper than an intel haswell cpu?

Why don't you just get a Haswell Pentium? There is not AMD equivalent honestly. Why do you think L3 cache is going to...

That's a tight budget. I'm not so sure you'll be able to fit everything.

Hey thanks for recommending me a build. Is the AMD Athlon II X2 that you recommended me the equivalent to a Intel Pentium Dual Core Haswell LGA1150 CPU?

Why don't you just get a Haswell Pentium? There is not AMD equivalent honestly. Why do you think L3 cache is going to matter in a system so cheap? The A6's igpu is probably stronger than the GT 610. If you already have a GT 610, then I change the build to this-

That cpu is stronger, but it does not have integrated graphics which you wouldn't need if you have a video card.

Those two builds are actually quiet well made. Thanks for the help CTurbo.
I'll have to checkout the benchmarks for both builds as well before buying them tomorrow. Again thanks everybody for taking the time to help.

Well here are the specs:
http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/24/AMD_Athlon_X2_370K_vs_Intel_Pentium_Dual-Core_G3220.html

I guess Intel won.
My original intention was to find a replacement for the Pentium dual core and dig up an AMD equivalent but since you (CTurbo) showed me the specs of both AMD/Intel and I am only just about $16 over budget, I'll have to go with Intel on this one. I would love to go for the A6/A8 but I am about to buy tomorrow. Thanks again CTurbo!
