I'm pretty sure the 750ti and the 650ti Boost are at equals.
But the 750ti is smaller and uses less power, so go with whatever your Power Supply can handle, and whatever is cheaper.

650 ti boost is 8 % better than 750ti, but consumes more power. Thats one of the advantages of the Maxwell card, big power using little wattage :) .

I've looked at all the avaliable 750ti's and 650ti Boost's.
"ak47ajr3d" is right, and so I've factored that it is ultimately down to the price at this point.

These are the cheapest 750ti's and 650ti's.

Video Card: PNY GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Enthusiast Edition Video Card ($144.49 @ Amazon)
Total: $144.49

You could get the EVGA equivalent for an extra .50c, but thats your preference.
For the 650ti Boost:

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB Video Card ($193.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $193.99

The increase in price is certainly not worth the 8% increase, and factor in the power saving, and the 750ti is just looking even better.
But judging on how your original build features a 650ti, which comes in at around $200, you could also get another card, which is stronger than both the 750ti and 650ti Boost for only $200.

Video Card: VisionTek Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card ($192.91 @ B&H)
Total: $192.91

The R9 270X is an extremely good graphics processor, and will handle many modern games.
Though, if you have a little bit extra money to spend, you can get an even better GPU.

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card ($239.99 @ NCIX US)

This is another great card, but is a little more expensive.
