Hi there. I have an R9 290 Vapor X from Sapphire. I'm a computer noob. I have downloaded MSI Afterburner. It says my fan speed is 55% and I get 60 Celsius. This is the highest it has gone. It has a fan speed of 30% when i'm not doing anything and is at 38-40 Celsius usually. Is this to high for idle and load? Will my fans die on me in the next 5 years having the fans always running at 30%(idle)-55%(load)? I only get a 2 year warranty with this card and really need it to be alive for 5 years. If these temps are to high, I have a small MATX case and that could be the problem. Please advise. Thanks.

That's really fine. A good many chips will run in the 80c range, and even 92c is considered "in spec."
Fanspeed is good too. Mine is usually around there too, but some chips commonly run near 70-100% speed.
