If I switch out my mobo, CPU, graphics card and RAM will I need to do a fresh install of Windows 8? My only concern is I have a digital copy that I got from Microsoft. If I do have to reinstall Windows how can I do this with no physical disc? Or am I basically looking at spending more money?

You will have to reinstall W8. You can transfer the W8 digital copy to a flash drive and install it from the flash drive.
