How bad is my computer for gaming? and any suggestions on how to make it better?

I have some specs for my computer, and I would like to know how bad it is and if it is salvageable...

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU
E8400 @ 3.00GHz
4.00 GB of RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium
32-bit Operating System

Any other info is needed just ask me

well, if you are ok with medium settings with todays games, or high with some older games, you can add a gtx 750 (Ti) for $100-$150, and you probably wont have to upgrade your psu because they dont use much power :p  and btw, what graphics card do you have, if any?

This setup isn't one that you would consider for gaming since the processor is slow and old, and you have a 32-bit OS. Depending on how old your computer is, it may not even have a PCI-E expansion slot for a discrete graphics card.

it most likely does have a pcie x16 slot, that came out quite a long time ago :p

That's not a graphics card, that's the integrated graphics with your CPU.

The 750Ti Superclocked is not going to get you decent gaming experience with your current setup. I have a brand new store bought computer an the 750ti Superclocked an it barely does Medium at an acceptable framerate. Just saying....
