I started making this build back in December and since then i've changed it a bunch of times. I think I have the final product. Any advice on parts? I plan on playing most of the mainstream games out there like Skyrim, Watchdogs, GTA V (if and when it comes out for PC). I also play the MMO Guild Wars 2 a lot and would love to max out the settings on all of these games. I really want to keep my build as cheap as possible without making big sacrifices to performance (around $800). I only have about $300 saved up from birthdays etc so far, so I don't think i'll be getting this anytime soon. I do plan on upgrading this build once I get a job. Thanks for any advice!

I recommend that you wait until you have the money available to buy your parts before you put together a build, because it sounds like you'll be looking to buy in perhaps a few months, and in that time prices will change and new options may be available as well.
