Just got all the parts for a new rig (this is my first one) but it is having issues. I plugged it in bare bones to check that I could at least get to the bios. When I turn it on it goes through a boot loop (it tries to do post but turns off mid process). When the ram is left out it works as expected (it gives me an error code, it obviously won't go to bios with the ram but it performs post). What could be the issue?
