Ok I plugged in my hard-drive to put a movie on it to put on another computer, I also use it for all my Xbox stuff, but it wont turn on when i plug it into anything, my laptop, my desktop, or my xbox,
Whats wrong with it?

Did you drop it? Also is there a physical lock switch on it somewhere? My Toshiba external HDD had the cable go bad on me and I had to purchase a new one, I bought this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003VTZ0D4/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

If it is your cable, make sure this is the proper one for your HDD
