I wanted to upgrade to a GTX 660 (non-TI).But for that first I need a decent PSU.Could you please suggest me one.
My Specs:
Intel i5-2310
Intel DHW61WW
8 GB Ram
1TB HDD
(And I don't want to overclock anything)

Which existing PSU do you have?
If your computer is new, you may want to further upgrade from the 660. Are you considering a further upgrade?
Also, what's your budget? State in your local currency.
Also, what case do you have? If you have a very restrictive case, then it may get hot, as a graphics card runs hot. And you don't want a case running hot from the inside.

please ignore my above post due to not seeing this message prior.

$35-50 is a very low budget for a power supply, But this would be your best option for $49.99; Corsair CX 500, look for that where you live.

What about Cool Master Thunder 500w , it costs around the same

thunder is not as high quality as the CX 500, Cooler master are known to make ok Quality psu's but corsair make much better, though the CX is Corsair entry level, it has 3 years warranty alongside for reassurance.

For GTX 660 a 450w psu is recommended. this one is a decent one and more than enough for your system plus overclocking!
