I'm on a limited budget and I'll have to make my case a bit cooler since my a8 5600k is getting quite hot. Since I'm only abe to afford a new cpu cooler OR a case fan (the case doesn't have one in the back, where the cpu and mobo are located). So I was wondering, which would benefit me the most (less noise and cooler temps)?
