Guys planning to build a gaming rig.
BUDGET $650

Components:
Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Motherboard
i5 4440 processor
Corsair 4gb
Sapphire R7 240 with Boost 1 GB DDR5
1 TB WD BLUE
LG 19.5 LED 20EN33TS Monitor (Black)
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU

Guys please let me know if this build is good if you can help me make it cheaper it would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance guys !

Solution
Cheaper Configuration→Gtx 750Ti + Corsair CX 430W 80+bronze certified PSU + i5 4440

All I'm saying is that if you get i5 4440 with a weak gpu like r7 240 you won't get the full potential out of your cpu

I3 4130+ r9 270 will be much better in gaming than i5 4440 + r7 240

And if you get fx6300 you will need aftermarket cpu cooler if you are going to operate it in that hot conditions.

If you still wanna go with i5 4440 I'd suggest you to not buy r7 240 for the meantime and the build you listed go with it. The iGPU of i5 will be enough for any game for playing at 720p + medium settings and will give you around 20-25fps in heavy games. Whenever you have opportunity get a nice graphics card to pair with i5 4440

This is better :)

CPU-AMD FX 6300
RAM-Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600
GPU-MSI Radeon HD 7870
Motherboard-ASUS M5A97 LE
HDD-Western Digital WD Blue 1TB
Power Supply-XFX Core Edition PRO550W
Case-NZXT Source 210

There is going to be serious bottleneck with that graphics card.
I'd suggest gtx 760 or r9 270x or 270.
But if you want to stick with your budget and build a gaming pc get Core i3 4130 with r9 270x or 270
Or more better is AMD FX 6300 and r9 270x or 270

I'm based in India and the temp here is 32 to 35 degree, isn't that going to be too hot for an amd which has a TDP of 125 W
