I installed a new R9 280X replacing a GTX 570 and everything runs great.. except for windows explorer. I right click my desktop and it causes explorer to freeze entirely for a while, until it finally pops up. I've done a couple customized virus scans and got nothing other than a few tracking cookies (Which I removed.. jerks.)

I have ensure that my driver is up to date and my gpu is running extremely cool. Video games, internet, etc is all good and well but right clicking on my desktop is horrid.

Please help!
