Lag in games like CS:GO

Hi, i have experienced a lot of lag in a lot of games (mostly CS:GO), not all though. i know that my pc i fine, i get about 60-100 fps, but i don't experience lag at other places, like friends places?
Useing Ethernet cable, via a splitter, speed is 60/15 MBit

60/15 mb is out of this world. It is probably 60/15 kb. That means you have problem with your connection.
