Hello everyone,

My case (fractal) comes with a fan controller and allows for 3 fans to be hooked up, however there is a 4th cable that I assume is the power supply, but I can't figure out where it goes.
It has 1 yellow 2 black and 1 red cable with 4 pins. There's no such option on either my psu (seasonic) or my motherboard (msi z87-g45 gaming)

Do you mean a molex cable like this? http://www.videk.co.uk/shopimages/sections/normal/3121....
Your power supply should have connectors for that, if you have a modular power supply than you would need to plug in those cables.
If not you could get a SATA to Molex adapter which would look like this (probably a longer cable) http://www.evercase.co.uk/images/PSU/PSU/Acces.MolexSat....

What is your power supply?

Yeah it's a molex and on my psu it says modular cabble power supply, so I guess I need to get myself an adapter. Thanks guys

Most modular power supplies include connectors for Molex as well. I would be shocked if yours did not.
